Last night I made a delicious mince curry - was trying to replicate one that my mom would make - you know, with carrots and peas and potatoes. And it was tasty. Only problem - I spent the entire night fighting heart burn. Yho! Spicy food is now a no-no. What a pity. A slug of plain yoghurt helped a bit though. Still can't get the curry smell off my fingers this morning - highly distracting.
